ABBOT'S PRIVATE RESERVE: Blonde Belgian Quad (11.1 abv). Boozy, rich and spicy. This uniquely dry Belgian Quad won Booze at the 2016 Washington Beer Awards the last time we brewed it. Enjoy now or age for a few years, this decadent brew is perfect for dessert.

KraftTeamWerk UBER PILS: This traditional German Pilsner (5.8 abv) is hopped with brand new German varietals Huel Melon and Saphir. Lightly fruity finish, with a crisp clean bite at the end. 

ITCHY PARANORMAL ACCEPTANCE: An IPA (7.8 abv) made with locally grown Copeland Malt and oats. Hopped with Azacca, Citra and Summit for a refreshing blast of pineapple, citrus and pine. For this cask we added a ton of essence of oranges. 

SUMMER BROWN: Crisp and refreshing with subtle hints of toasted bread crust and baked cookies. A slight touch of orange marmalade from the British hops. 

GRISETTE AMERICANA: Bone dry, earthy with big floral and lemon notes. Rustic with a palate cleansing hoppy bite. 

PUB JUICE: Modern west coast pale. Incredibly clean yeast profile with a dry finish. Hopped with Centennial and Mosaic. Hints of citrus, pine and melon rind. Hop forward but balanced

DEXTER DAILY: Perfectly balanced lager. Clean and refreshing with equal parts malt and hops. Old world hops provide a background of coriander and lemons with a slightly grassy finish. 

HOPE:  Botanical wheat farmhouse ale brewed with saffron, allspice and orange blossoms. Floral, fruity with a slightly rustic edge. This medal winning beer combines deep complexity with easy-going crushability.
